We are an in-network provider with many insurance plans. For patients who are in-network, we handle billing with your insurance company. Any co-pays or payment towards your deductible can be paid direct at the time of service.

If we are out-of-network for your insurance, or if you are self-insured, payment is due at the time of service. Please speak with us if you are in need of more flexible self-pay options.
